Our quality of life is based on our metabolism. If we run this system well, we age well - if we run this system poorly, we age poorly.

Our modern food has devolved from natural (recently alive) plant & animal food into factory-created, food-like “stuff” consisting of isolated ingredients and destructive additives. This highly-processed food is negatively affecting our health in so many ways.

The obesity epidemic in America has tripled from 15% in 1980 to 45% today. Type 2 diabetes and autoimmune disorders have become the norm during this time. In 2020 alone, childhood type 2 diabetes doubled in America. Our highly-processed food system has led to an overload of sugar, additives and refined flour which are the root cause of these chronic diseases. 

After years of research, I’ve found a natural way to reverse this devastating trend and I’d like to share it with you.

The human body is an incredible healing machine - but what if we helped it heal, instead of forcing it to heal more and on it’s own?

As we age, our body’s ability to metabolize food and filter toxins diminishes.  We can counter this natural rate of decay by nourishing our cells with real, whole food in a small eating window.

Everything we eat goes through our cells affecting their longevity.  By switching from the Standard American Diet (SAD) over to a Nutrient-Dense Diet (w/o toxic additives) we enhance our gut health, reverse obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases inflammation & autoimmune disorders.  

 
 

WHAT we eat affects HOW MUCH and HOW OFTEN because of internal signals from certain hormones and neurotransmitters unbeknownst is us.
